EB and I met up with Kasia yesterday and besides having some hilarious conversation, Ellie showed off her standing chops. [Since when does she stand up?!!?]

Look at that little face! |
Since when did my little baby decide that she wants to be a walking, talking, moving machine? Urgh. Baby gating can commence in 3...2...1...
I also got a fun Mother's day gift in the mail on Wednesday from a dear loverboy in Afghanistan:
Ahh. Such a silly life. :) A few Ellie randoms from a very energetic day:

Ellie with MiMi and Aunt Lisa |
Tonight, we're headed to dinner with Momma [Andrew's great-grandmother]. How incredible is it to have a near-90 year-old GREAT-GREAT-GRANDMOTHER?! Lucky Ellie. And tomorrow we've got soccer games to catch, Clint Cecils to see, and probably some serious care package shopping. And, in 5 days, we leave to visit Uncle MADmike. Wowza.
